20-Year Limited Ceramic Warranty

The main ceramic body and internal ceramic combustion chamber are covered for 20 years under our limited warranty, giving you long-term confidence in the heart of your Kamado.

2-Year Limited Metal Components Warranty

Metal components, including the hinges, cooking grilles, metal rims and built-in analogue thermometer, are covered for two years under our limited warranty.

The Fontana Kamado is designed for outdoor cooking using natural lump charcoal and suitable untreated hardwood for smoking.

Its distinctive Bubble Glaze ceramic finish helps resist dirt build-up, while the weather-resistant aluminium chimney cap and specially designed rubber grip make it practical for year-round outdoor cooking.

A little care goes a long way towards keeping your Kamado looking and performing at its best.

Main Warranty Exclusions

As with any premium outdoor cooking product, our limited warranty covers eligible defects under the warranty terms, rather than damage caused by incorrect use or neglect.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect Installation: Damage caused by improper installation or failure to follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions, including required clearances from combustible materials.
  • Commercial Use: Damage resulting from restaurant, catering or other intensive commercial use. The Fontana Kamado is designed for domestic use.
  • Improper Use: Damage caused by using the Kamado outside its intended purpose or operating it contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Poor Maintenance: Damage resulting from neglect, inadequate cleaning or the use of corrosive or abrasive cleaning products.
  • Unsuitable Fuels: Damage caused by using unapproved fuels, including charcoal briquettes, lava stone, liquid fuels or chemically treated wood.
