At the heart of the oven is a 70 x 50 cm stainless steel cooking chamber, giving you generous space for pizzas, breads, roasted vegetables, meat and more. The stainless steel chamber is durable, easy to maintain and designed for reliable cooking performance, while rock wool insulation helps retain heat efficiently for more consistent results.
Sirio combines real wood-fired flavour with modern convenience. A built-in digital display allows you to monitor both cooking temperature and time, giving you more control during every cook. It also includes one meat temperature probe, making it easy to check the core temperature when roasting meat or preparing more precise dishes.
The exterior is made from powder-coated galvanised steel with Qualicoat treatment, providing a durable finish designed for outdoor use. Every detail has been considered to create a contemporary pizza oven that feels premium, practical and easy to live with.
